East West Institute of Technology (EWIT) was established in 2001 and sits on a 20-acre campus at Vishwaneedam Post, off Magadi Road, near Anjana Nagar in western Bengaluru. EWIT is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by AICTE.
EWIT holds NAAC A grade accreditation and UGC recognition under Section 2(f), with continuous AICTE approval since 2001. It participated in NIRF Engineering 2025 without entering a rank band.

Eligibility
For B.E., candidates need a pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with at least 45% aggregate. A valid KCET or COMEDK UGET rank is required for the respective route.
Admission routes at EWIT
1. KCET
Karnataka candidates are allotted seats through KEA counselling. This is EWIT’s lowest-fee route, at around ₹80,500 per year for CSE.
2. COMEDK UGET
Students from any state can apply through COMEDK counselling, at a higher fee than KCET.
3. Management quota
