About Cambridge Institute of Technology

Cambridge Institute of Technology (CIT / CITECH) was established in 2007 at K.R. Puram in east Bengaluru. CIT is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and holds autonomous status, letting it design elements of its own curriculum while VTU confers the degree.

CIT is a UGC-recognised, AICTE-approved institute accredited by NAAC with an A+ grade and NBA-accredited programmes; it is also ISO 9001:2015 certified and QS I-GAUGE Silver rated.

Courses and branches

CIT offers the four-year B.E. across several branches, along with M.Tech, MBA and MCA programmes. B.E. branches include:

Eligibility

For B.E., candidates need a pass in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, plus one other science subject, with at least 45% aggregate. A valid KCET or COMEDK UGET rank is required for the respective route.
